The moment your order is placed, a confirmation finds its way to your inbox. Orders received before 2 PM IST leave our hands the same day - packed with care, on their way to yours. Within India, expect your ritual objects in 5-7 working days. For international seekers, allow 7–21 days depending on where you are in the world.

If you'd like to swap a variant with a different thread colour, bead type, or size - reach out to us before we dispatch and we'll do our best to accommodate. Every object that leaves our hands is checked before it goes. In the rare case something arrives damaged, write to us within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph, videos and we will make it right. Once an order has been received and is undamaged, it cannot be returned or exchanged since each piece is made with intention and held for you specifically. In exceptional circumstances, we may offer a store credit at our discretion.
